Before founding WorkTruth, she worked on the employer side—guiding leaders through complex workplace situations, assessing organizational risk, and helping shape the decisions that impact employees every day. She has seen firsthand how workplace issues develop, how documentation gets built, and how critical decisions are often made before employees realize they're at risk.
