WorkTruth Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026


WorkTruth provides diagnostic and advisory services designed to help individuals understand workplace dynamics, risks, and options. Because these services involve time, analysis, and intellectual labor, refunds are limited as described below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • A technical failure prevents you from accessing or completing the purchased diagnostic and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • You submit a written refund request before WorkTruth has begun reviewing, analyzing, or preparing any diagnostic materials related to your purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued once any of the following has occurred:

  • The diagnostic intake has been submitted.

  • Review, analysis, scoring, or preparation of written or verbal insights has begun.

  • A consultation, review call, or advisory session has been completed or partially completed.

  • The purchase involves customized, expedited, or priority services.

Because WorkTruth services are tailored and time-based, partially completed services are not eligible for prorated refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact [support@work-truth.com] with:

  • Your name

  • Date of purchase

  • Service purchased

  • Reason for the request

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WorkTruth constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate service termination. WorkTruth reserves the right to formally dispute chargebacks using documentation of service delivery, acceptance, and policy acknowledgment.
