Timelines vary by service, timing and urgency, and the amount of documentation required for review.
Insight Snapshot and Rapid Response are typically delivered within 24-48 hours after intake is complete.
Diagnostics and Strategy Sessions and more complexed matters take longer ranging from 2-5 business days due to deeper review and analysis.
A complete timeline will be provided once your intake is completed and initial timing assessment conducted.

At WorkTruth, advocacy is not automatic and it is not representational.
Advocacy means the informed support of a person’s ability to understand, articulate, and act on their own interests based on diagnostic insight not speaking, negotiating, or intervening on their behalf.
From our perspective, advocacy may include:
Helping someone clarify what matters most to them
Equipping them with language to express concerns or decisions clearly
Identifying patterns, risks, and tradeoffs that affect their choices
Supporting thoughtful, self-directed action grounded in understanding
Advocacy does not include:
Communicating with employers, HR, unions, or investigators on someone’s behalf
Determining policy violations or legal outcomes
Coaching testimony or influencing investigations
Escalating issues or managing processes
Advocacy at WorkTruth is earned through diagnostic understanding, scoped to decision support, and always exercised in a way that preserves the independence of formal workplace or legal processes.
-
Not necessarily. Many situations benefit from a brief pause to understand what’s being documented and how it may be interpreted. Acting quickly feels safe — acting clearly is safer.
-
WorkTruth does not draft, edit, or prepare communications intended to be sent to an employer. Creating messages, complaints, or formal responses on someone’s behalf would cross into representational advocacy.
What we can do is help you:
Understand how different approaches are typically interpreted
Think through risks, tradeoffs, and timing considerations
Clarify what you want to communicate and why
Identify questions, themes, or points you may want to consider before responding
Our role is to support informed decision-making, not to speak or act on your behalf.
